The first Bahamian actress, Malikah Pinder, is making her mark in Hollywood, graduating with the highest honor, starring in a new horror flick, and winning Best Supporting Actress at the Hollywood Blood Horror Film Festival.

Rising actress Malikah Pinder stars in the latest horror-thriller flick “He Knocks". The film is described as a horror that follows 23-year-old Joel as he enters his 24th year. With a looming generational curse, Joel must survive his birthday by playing by the devil’s rules to inherit immortality. “As sure as 24 you’ll see the signs; beware the one who knocks 3 times”. 

Pinder made a great impression playing the role of Jane in the film directed by Ronald Evans and written by Mont Lee. The film stars Sean Alan Mazur, Malikah Pinder, Mont Lee, and Zach Allsbrook. With a recent release on September 11, 2023, “He Knocks” has already won “Best Fantasy” at the Hollywood Blood Horror Film Festival, and Malikah has been honored with winning the "Best Supporting Actress” award for her role in the film.
