Sizzle Sauce Will Add Some Flavour to The 2023 Ancaster Cottagefest Show

The Cottagefest Show brings all the joys of life at the cottage under one roof for one weekend at the Ancaster Fairgrounds for this fun family festival geared towards cottage owners, outdoor enthusiasts, boaters, and friends of all the above!

This year, it will be centrally located at a brand new building with tons of giant move-in doors and strategically located in the epi-centre of where tens of thousands of cottage owners have their primary residences - the Golden Horseshoe region of Ontario:

Sizzle Sauce founders (and husband and wife team) Greg Montfort and Jennifer Potter are lifetime Muskokans. They actually met at Lake-of-Bays, where their family cottages were just down the road from each other.

Sizzle Sauce is a uniquely local success story, and they're proud to have earned their official Ontario Made certification. At the same time, they are also honoured to be taking part in Sobeys Local Food Program, which allows local suppliers to grow at a sustainable pace within their network of stores.

Through the years, our passions have taken us on many adventures, culminating in 2016 with the creation of Quiet Valley Sauce and Vine. We had been serving Greg's Sizzle Sauce to family and friends for years.

Each time we did, they all said, " You really need to sell this!" We put it to the test by serving it at our wedding in 2015. The feedback was great and gave us the final push to take it to market. We started at the Collingwood Farmers' Market in 2016 and haven't looked back.
