Round Rock, TX – Round Rock Tree Experts is proud to announce the launch of its new training program, designed to help women break into the traditionally male-dominated field of arboriculture. The new initiative comes as part of an ongoing commitment to creating a more diverse and inclusive environment for all tree care professionals.
This program was created by Round Rock Tree Experts CEO Ford Isaias, who has dedicated himself to developing an environment where female tree experts can receive the necessary skills and resources for success. Through this innovative initiative, he hopes to break through the barriers traditionally imposed on women by the male-dominated field and create more opportunities for them to make a difference.
The training program consists of various tools and activities to help participants learn different aspects of arboriculture. From honing their technical knowledge to mastering advanced pruning techniques, these module-based classes are explicitly tailored to the needs of female arborists. Furthermore, experienced mentors will be available throughout each session, providing guidance and assistance with any questions or issues that arise along the way.
Since its inception, Round Rock Tree Experts has made it its mission to contribute positively towards creating a more diverse workplace in arboriculture, and this new program continues that legacy. By offering this unique opportunity for professional development and mentorship, they hope to inspire future generations of female tree experts around the world so they can reach their full potential.

"It's time for us to recognize the invaluable contributions that women make to the arboriculture industry," said Isaias. "This new program will provide valuable resources and support to women interested in pursuing a career in this field."
The program is designed to give women access to comprehensive instruction and hands-on experience with some of the most advanced tree-care tools and equipment. In addition, participants will learn about pruning, tree identification, environmental stewardship, and safety protocols.
"We're thrilled to be able to offer this program as part of our commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable working environment," said Isaias. "We believe that when women have access to the right resources, they can achieve great things."
In addition to providing technical training, the program also focuses on cultivating leadership skills. Through workshops, seminars, and discussions with experienced female leaders in the arboriculture industry, participants will gain insight into how to successfully navigate the corporate world and secure positions of power in their chosen field.
"When I started my career in arboriculture, I didn't have many female mentors or role models," said Jecinta, one of the top-ranking female officials at Round Rock Tree Experts. "It was difficult at times, and I had to fight hard for the opportunities I was given. This program ensures that no other woman has to go through what I did."
