The program is designed to give women access to comprehensive instruction and hands-on experience with some of the most advanced tree-care tools and equipment. In addition, participants will learn about pruning, tree identification, environmental stewardship, and safety protocols.

"We're thrilled to be able to offer this program as part of our commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable working environment," said Isaias. "We believe that when women have access to the right resources, they can achieve great things."

In addition to providing technical training, the program also focuses on cultivating leadership skills. Through workshops, seminars, and discussions with experienced female leaders in the arboriculture industry, participants will gain insight into how to successfully navigate the corporate world and secure positions of power in their chosen field.

"When I started my career in arboriculture, I didn't have many female mentors or role models," said Jecinta, one of the top-ranking female officials at Round Rock Tree Experts. "It was difficult at times, and I had to fight hard for the opportunities I was given. This program ensures that no other woman has to go through what I did."
