The Transition Assistance Program Employment Navigator and Partnership Program (ENPP) supports transitioning service members, and their spouses, in selecting career pathways and connecting them to partners and resources based on their interests, aptitudes and values for better employment-related outcomes. The initiative began on April 1, 2021, at select installations worldwide and Fastport was one of the first partners during its development.

“As one of the first ENPP partners, Fastport is proud to help the ENPP make a direct impact with the military community,” said Sharri Justice, Fastport’s Director of Military Relations. “We have worked with tens of thousands of Veterans, service members, and military spouses over the course of our company’s history and this initiative is a clear winner for them.”

“Transition can be challenging, and the support from Fastport for our transitioning service members, and their spouses, makes it easier for them to chart their new course,” said James Rodriguez, Assistant Secretary, US Department of Labor, Veterans’ Employment and Training Service. “The work our partners with the Employment Navigator and Partnership Program do makes a difference, and VETS is thankful for Fastport’s contributions and impact, and we look forward to continued partnership.”

“Transition involves a cultural shift of disaggregation from the military,” said Ivan Denton, Director of the Office of National Programs, US Department of Labor, Veterans’ Employment and Training Service “This collaboration between DOL and Fastport will improve employment opportunities for transitioning service members, and their spouses, by connecting them with the best resources at a pivotal point in their lives.”
