Kennedy Vision Health Center Moves Clinic to New Otsego Location
Kennedy Vision Health Center has announced that they are moving their practice in Elk River, Minnesota, to a new location. Currently located at 18157 Carson Ct NW. Suite C, Elk River, MN 55330, their new address is two miles from their original Elk River clinic, just across the Mississippi River at 9075 Quantrelle Ave NE, Ostego, MN 55330. The current Elk River location will close from January 17 to 19 to facilitate the move, and the new facility will open its doors and begin accepting patients on January 22, 2024.
“We’re thrilled about the move and what that means for our patients,” said Lindsey Durr, the Director of Operations for the Kennedy Vision Health Center. “Our new building in Otsego is much larger and allows us to expand our inventory and services. We will have more eyewear on display and new, cutting-edge optical equipment, meaning our patient assessments and emergency services will be more accurate and offer our patients more personalized care.
The Kennedy Vision Health Center’s ability to serve its patients won’t change, and there will be no interruption to their emergency eye health services during the move. The larger space means greater capacity, which will stand to benefit patients in the long run.
“One of the most important aspects of the larger space is our ability to handle increased patient volume,” said CEO and optometrist Dr. Anthony Traverse. “We have seen more appointment demand, especially in Elk River, and the larger space allows us to treat more patients per day. This is great news for our patients, because that means greater appointment availability, shorter wait times, and more meaningful one-on-one time with their doctors.”
