PRZen / SAN DIEGO --
AxisPointe has announced that Charlie Bates has joined the company and will lead its operations teams nationwide as Executive VP for the company.
"I am so thrilled to be working with Charlie once again," stated Stan Luhr, AxisPointe's founder and CEO, who first hired Charlie two decades ago while at his former company. "He is a rock-solid performer and will greatly enhance our national expansion efforts," Luhr added.
The announcement comes during a flurry of recent technology launches by AxisPointe, which has led the quality assurance builder industry since its launch of the award-winning InSite Mobile™ field app in 2013. Last week the company released its new online graphics dashboard and new offline sync updates for remote jobsites where there is limited cellular and Wi-Fi coverage.
Charlie started his quality assurance career working with Luhr's forensic litigation firm 24 years ago, and helped build the Quality Built QA program which eventually became the industry's standard, serving several thousand builders nationwide. Charlie managed over 100 field employees serving builders across the west, and eventually left when Luhr sold Quality Built in 2009 to an investor group in Florida.
From there Charlie developed a new QA consultancy at DSS, and managed both the wrap administration and field QA inspections for hundreds of builders across the USA.
"I built some great relationships over the past two decades, and it was really difficult to leave DSS but I am so excited to be working with Stan and AxisPointe now," Charlie said. "After seeing the technology Stan and his team have built, I am really excited to leverage these tools to help builders achieve incredible results."
AxisPointe also announced its expansion of the InSiteBuilder™ QA management system, specifically designed with insurance partner input for builders who are looking for more internal QA management and yet still comply with insurance underwriting requirements.
"We are proud to be on the cutting edge of technology to build better homes with less risk to stakeholders, but it can't happen without an excellent team," Luhr said. "Charlie joins a great team and will only make us greater."
