Chef Martin has been a leading presence in Key West fine dining since 1990 when he established Martin’s as the on-premises restaurant at the historic Eden House boutique hotel on Fleming Street in Old Town. Classic German fare, pasta, prime steaks, local seafood specialties, great cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere tempted locals away from the Duval Street dining scene and attracted visiting European holiday makers via word-of-mouth in the pre-internet days.
