Dixon’s commitment to women breaking through barriers in male-dominated fields led to the creation of DixonCo in 2008, a leading Los Angeles-based creative agency that produces captivating content while celebrating diversity. Most recently, she launched Dixon Originals, their content production and development arm. Her team is made up of passionate storytellers who “give a damn about doing good in the world” and about making a difference—one project at a time.
Ashley St. Pierre, executive producer at DixonCo, has been instrumental in helping Dixon bring the vision into reality. Her expertise in creative services and client relations has facilitated DixonCo's rise as a prominent creative agency, and also enabled the inception of ChangemakeHERS.
Dixon says, “With the launch of ChangemakeHERS, we will be providing impactful leaders with the tools and resources they need to excel. We celebrate incredible women who are making an impact—and everyone is welcome in this community. It takes a village to help each other rise.”
