Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, Lawrence was inspired by his athletic background and his parents, who were well-respected in the gym and trained hard. After suffering a knee injury in high school, Lawrence continued to train and honed his skills to become the certified personal trainer he is today, with over 12 years of experience.

With 18 years of experience as a barber, Lawrence’s passion for grooming stems from his childhood, when his father used to cut his hair and he eventually learned to cut his own hair and those of his friends. Lawrence is determined to provide his clients with a comprehensive wellness experience, where they can get fit and look their best.
