The city of dreams, which I’ve romanticized for an unhealthy amount of time, and now that I’m able to live here, im genuinely happy, but the journey wasn’t accessible from residing in Pune for a while and then coming to Mumbai was a challenging ride and more critical than that is getting a home in Mumbai. I was searching for a home online, and that’s when I came across an elegant property that was perfect for me.  IM Buildcon Applaud 38, the place was hopelessly beautiful, and with an investment of ₹2.15 Crores to ₹2.18 Crore, this was the only place I could be in.

As I was moving in with my family here, I was pretty sure what I wanted my house to be like, and this place was just beautiful.  The site was in Goregaon, the perfect location in Mumbai where I can travel quickly and visit some beautiful places in Mumbai.

My family wanted convenience, and that was my priority. The apartment should have a lift, security, CCTV,  a Gym and many more. I had to make a checklist to ensure I was getting all the amenities at this place and that it was reliable to invest there.

My family loves designs, and this place has a beautiful layout. And there were just two buildings with 80 units in total, so there was less crowd. There are all the buildings and beautiful places my family can visit. Mumbai is a new place for all of us. I’ve been here a few times, but it’s time to get a home and live for a reasonable amount of time.

The place Im Buildcon Applaud 38 had a beautiful view, and the amenities offered here were exceptional. The design architect was inspired by and crafted from Australia. The place had a luxurious space, which meant everything was convenient and easy at this place.

Why I Chose Im Buildcon Applaud 38 In Goregaon

Firstly, Goregaon is a beautiful place to stay in Mumbai. This place is close to many beautiful places so it gets easy to travel. Talking about the apartment, getting 3BHK where convenience and beauty aren’t compromised was hard, and this beautiful place was the only place I could go for in my budget.

The investment I was making was huge, so I called up my friend, who’s an architect and designer, and he suggested that this place would be perfect for me and my family. As I plan to get married, this could be the right place to live with my partner.

This place had a beautiful view, and most importantly, its Proximity To Western Express Highway was one of the reasons I bought this place, so it gets easy to travel to my new office from here. I was about to suggest some changes in my room to make it suitable for my family members and design it so that it is easy for my family to use all the space.

“Comfort is something you shouldn’t compromise with.” Those are the wise words from my grandfather, and following that, I had to take care of my family’s comfort and ensure they had a suitable space for them.

The Im Buildcon Applaud 38 was a beautiful project itself and was done by IM Buildcon, who are renowned builders since 2011; the project is top-notch, Near To Oberoi Intl School, offered with Elegant Superior Comfort Homes—making this a perfect choice for my family.

Amenities include a Gym, Fire Safety, Gas pipeline, and Power backup to ensure people’s convenience and fitness. There’s a Sewage treatment plant for proper waste management. There’s a dedicated Party area and a Community hall where people can connect and enjoy and have their time.

We have a Tennis court, Indoor games

and a Swimming pool where people can enjoy different games and swimming. There’s a lift accessible to all houses, Security for the building,  CCTV camera, Common garden, and a park for evening strolls.

There’s a Rainwater harvesting system to utilize the resources correctly and a Children’s play area for kids. The place is Vastu compliant and has visitor parking where my guests can park their cars. All the amenities offered here were top-notch, and Applaud 38  is a Private Limited project that impressed me at first glance.

With greenery around and a city without air pollution, these beautiful spaces will bring joy and happiness to my family. It was pretty hectic looking for a house in Goregaon, Mumbai.
