From his admirable work in law enforcement and ambulance service to his pioneering position as the founder of the cutting-edge company, Multiradio, Andrew’s trajectory demonstrates a unique blend of tenacity, adaptability, and unshakable dedication to compliance and safety.

Andrew’s journey commenced in December 2000, when he joined Victoria Police. He bravely confronted policing issues as a police officer, carrying out routine and unique tasks as well as quickly responding to criminal activity and traffic accidents. He gained the admiration of his colleagues and the communities he worked in because of his commitment and aptitude at handling difficult people and circumstances.

Andrew Spreckley entered a new, essential field in 2005 when he joined the Department of Health and Human Services, Victoria, as an Advanced Child Protection Practitioner. He diligently investigated allegations of child abuse while serving in this capacity, expertly handled high-risk clients, and actively participated in care team meetings.
