As with previous programs, BMK Community's 2024 service will be supported by a team of executive consultants who all have at least ten years' experience in the managed IT services sector. A recent Canalys report states that the managed services market is projected to expand by at least 12% over the next 12 months, with some channel partners saying they expect to see a minimum of 20% growth.
