PrimalThenics is introducing the eponymous PrimalThenics program, a customizable, guided fitness regimen designed to help participants of all experience levels meet and exceed their fitness goals. The program is held in small group sessions (10 people or fewer) to provide every participant with the personalized support they need to be successful.

The PrimalThenics studio in Newmarket, Brisbane, has been established to teach a "primal" fitness philosophy, prioritizing high-intensity, mobility-focused training to help build flexibility and strength. The PrimalThenics program combines six different approaches to accomplish this.
Each day at the PrimalThenics studio hosts a different aspect of the program, targeting flexibility, cardio, or strength during Primal Movement, Hunter, and Warrior training, respectively.
These three aspects are supplemented by kick-boxercise sessions, aka Primal Combat, and by team sessions to help build a sense of community. Finally, those who wish to do so can participate in the Primal Cold polar-plunge at the end of each week, intended to speed up the recovery process and kick-start the metabolic fat-burning process.
While participants of all skill and experience levels are welcome to join the program, the PrimalThenics team has stated that their training may be most helpful for those who have suffered a loss of flexibility or overall range of motion due to injury or age. In particular, the program is recommended for professionals who can only allot a limited time to fitness in a given week and who may, therefore, benefit from PrimalThenics' short, high-intensity sessions.
Speaking on this topic, a spokesperson said, "Remember the days when you were a high-performing sportsman, flexing in front of the mirror, and chasing after every ball in the field? We're here to help you reclaim those glory days. No, we don't own a time machine, but what we have is even better: a tried and tested methodology that instills confidence and restores your physical prowess."
