Delice & Sarrasin is pleased to now be serving more relaxed bistro-style dishes like their popular Steak Frites, which showcases an artisan in-house vegan steak fillet complemented by authentic black truffle French fries. They also have a selection of home-style comfort dishes like their Poulet Basquaise, which features vegan chicken and chorizo sausage in a hearty vegetable stew with peppers, onions, and tomatoes, served on a bed of semolina.

For those diners seeking a lighter or quicker bite, the bistro is also making new flavors of their popular savory buckwheat crepes and galettes available - buckwheat, which translates to 'sarrasin' in French, being one of the bistro's major flavor inspirations. New highlights include their Mr Petrossian, which has in-house konjac smoked plant-based salmon, creme fraiche, avocado puree, and dill, and their Mr Seguin, which recreates another traditional French flavor combination, with its grilled artisan plant-based chicken, walnuts, vegan goat cheese, coconut Emmental cheese, and agave.
