The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy, a Canadian school for aestheticians and MedSpa workers, has launched new work-from-home optimized classes for students who want to become certified for a new career in medical aesthetics, but who may not have time for traditional classrooms.

Using the new work-from-home training, students can learn everything required to operate a MedSpa business, including the legal and hygiene requirements, how to deal with complications, and several personalized business strategies. These new classes require no previous qualifications, other than a high school diploma, or some form of relevant work experience.

After enrolling in the new class, students will receive access to 7 online training modules, which can be completed from anywhere, at any time. These modules explain the MedSpa industry, the scientific basis for each procedure, and how to perform each procedure included in the course.

While the majority of the training is contained in the online modules, students will also receive one week of hands-on training, at the nearest Dermysk Academy location. This practical training will ensure that each student is experienced, confident, and capable of performing the full range of MedSpa procedures before they graduate.

Working with certified Dermysk training specialists, students will receive individual attention, with sufficient time to practice each technique, improve in any problem areas, and have any remaining questions answered. Graduates will be able to enter the workforce immediately, or they can return at any time for training and certification in more complex procedures.

In the Basic training, students will receive their certification for up to a dozen popular procedures, such as laser hair and tattoo removal, professional acne treatments, and micro-blading. However, certain advanced techniques cannot be taught in the Basic class, such as Body Sculpting, laser gynecology, and stem cell treatments.

To learn these techniques, students can either enroll in the Advanced course, after graduation from the Basic training, or they can enroll in the Master-level training to learn all the content from both courses, in a single class. While this Master-level training has no qualifications, the Dermysk Academy staff reserves the right to limit the enrollment to certain, highly dedicated students.
