KidGlov Advertising Agency Named One of Lincoln's Best Places to Work

LINCOLN, Nebraska – For the third time, KidGlov, a boutique advertising agency has been named one of Lincoln’s Best Places to Work. The marketing and branding agency with offices in Lincoln and Omaha, received honors in the small business category of the awards program, sponsored by Woods Aitken LLP, along with the Lincoln Human Resource Management Association and the Lincoln Journal Star.

“Culture has always been our key focus at KidGlov,” said Katherine Warren, chief operating officer and head of culture for the advertising agency. “Our culture manifesto focuses on the importance of workload balance and strives to give our team the time and space they need to do the work they love, for clients they love with a team they love. There is simply no greater driver to love coming to work every day than that.”

Lincoln’s Best Places to Work, now in its fifth year, honors Lincoln companies based on their corporate culture. The awards are sponsored by Woods & Aitken, the Lincoln Journal Star and the Lincoln Human Resource Management Association. Quantum Workplace administers an employee engagement survey to measure corporate culture and to help pinpoint the best workplaces. The survey measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction including a willingness to go above and beyond in their work, advocacy, support and engagement.

Support and value were the overarching themes of the KidGlov employee responses to Lincoln’s Best Places to Work survey. One hundred percent of employees said they felt supported by the leadership team.

“It’s fantastic to see that employees feel supported to do their jobs,” said Lyn Wineman, KidGlov founder and president. “People are at the heart of our work and that begins with our team. When we support each other, amazing things can happen.”

Close-knit and collaborative, the team at KidGlov marketing agency serves a variety of organizations across the country, specializing in the industries of community health, finance, healthcare, nonprofits, and purpose-driven organizations. The group has quickly made a name for itself working with organizations making a positive impact on the world and in 2020, the group launched a podcast, Agency for Change, where leaders share stories from like-minded organizations.

This advertising and brand marketing agency has, for several years, received top honors at the American Marketing Association awards in Lincoln and Omaha that recognize the best results-based marketing in the region. This is the third year the agency has been named one of Lincoln’s Best Places to Work.
