Financial Planning ranks the largest fee-only RIAs based on several criteria from each firm’s most recent Form ADV. To be considered, firms must list zero registered representatives of a broker-dealer, must not list commissions as a compensation arrangement, must list at least one financial planning client and have the sum of the individual and high net worth clients be at least 33% of the total clients. Additionally, there is no charge or other considerations required for RIAs to be included in this ranking.
