The app has been launched to help healthcare staff maintain their certifications. It will simplify the task of tracking and maintaining certificates, licensing, and continuing medical education (CME).
Most doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff are extremely busy and find it an onerous commitment keeping up with the bureaucratic requirements. The tracker app will save them time and ensure they avoid the serious repercussions of not keeping their licenses and certificates up to date.
The team at medtigo Connect who developed the software requirements for the tracker app are all ex-doctors or healthcare professionals. Each new member is assigned a personal vault and staff are on hand to help new memberships with the task of certificate and document uploading.
Once stored in an individual’s personal vault, certificates, licenses, and documents can be sent via email to new places of employment or to accompany job applications. In addition, access to a personal vault can be granted to a place of employment such as a hospital that needs to check an employee’s compliance via the records.
