Groove Digital Presents featured Alicia Lyttle and her Outsourced Agency Model

Atlanta, Georgia – Groove Digital Presents featured entrepreneur and digital agency owner Alicia Lyttle during their Friday interview series hosted by the software company. The company had over 500 of their customers in attendance as Lyttle spoke about running a digital agency and outsourcing 90% of the work. Her presentation covered the things entrepreneurs need to know to build their authority and a business in the Digital Services Industry.

Donna Fox, the CMO of Groove, said, “Alicia developed an agency full of some of the most incredible and highly trained people I have ever experienced in all the times I have worked with agencies over the years. I’m super impressed with the level of quality, commitment, and excellence that comes out of everything that Alicia’s team does. It’s for that reason that I was excited to have her present to our community here at Groove.”

“The demand for agencies that can supply businesses large and small with digital services is on the rise. We see such a high demand for agencies that can be a one-stop-shop for businesses,” says Lyttle. “In my agency, I see the enormous growing demand for social media services, live stream services, graphics, logos, and PowerPoint presentation design, among many other services.”

Lyttle explains that with the growth recently seen in new startups nationwide, the need for everything from logo design to website development is on the rise. Her presentation helped people jump into the industry in what she called an “Insta Digital Agency.” Lyttle states that there is no better time to start a digital agency than today.

“My passion is to help entrepreneurs to leverage the power of the internet to build their wealth. As more and more people look to stay home and continue to work from home, the rise in those looking for great opportunities to start an online business has opened up space for me to do more coaching and consulting”, says Lyttle. After 21 years in this industry, Lyttle can often be seen as a guest presenter on virtual summits and podcasts every week.

She further added, “I was reading on Forbes.com about the surge in startups. The article stated that more businesses are being launched now than at any time in the past decade, and existing startups are showing a rapid acceleration.” According to Lyttle, this could easily explain why those agencies that supply startups and growing businesses see a high demand for their services.
