Lithuania – Jan 18, 2022 – Today, Goldchainex OU (GCEX) announces a partnership with Tijarah Holding Ltd (TJH) for combining TJH’s Far East Asia assets with GCEX European assets. The partnership will allow TJH to enter the European market, gaining access to Darlitana UAB, a regulated Lithuanian cryptocurrency exchange. Darlitana UAB can accept and exchange fiat currencies into cryptocurrencies and store virtual cryptocurrencies and digital assets securely into accounts of customers with a liquidity pool of US$11 million.
Regulation of the exchange is supervised by the Lithuanian Financial Crime Investigation Service. TJH expects Darlitana UAB to begin operations sometime in mid-February to early March. Darlitana UAB is currently conducting beta and robust testing in preparation of launching the exchange.
TJH is in process of officially submitting its Islamic digital bank license application with the license issuing authority of LOFSA, Labuan, Malaysia. This partnership marks a significant pathway for GCEX to participate with the first Islamic Digital Bank in Malaysia through TJH. TJH will receive a US$17 million loan from GCEX to develop digital ecosystems throughout the world particularly Shariah compliant products.
TJH intends to target the niche market of unserved Islamic Countries and Nations including Middle East countries with its Islamic Digital Banking products based upon smart contracts and blockchain technology base. TJH is currently in process of appointing the new board of directors. TJH has increased paid up capital to USD18 million and continues to work to increase paid up capital to support development of ecosystems.
