Flatworld Philippines is Great Place to Work – Certified

The certification reinforces the company’s exceptional work culture that emphasizes inclusivity, fairness, and integrity.

Davao City, Philippines – March 3, 2022 – Flatworld Philippines, a global provider of IT-Business Process Management solutions and a subsidiary of Flatworld Solutions, today announced that it had received the Great Place to Work® Certification for 2021. The recognition is based on an independent survey where employees share feedback about their experience at Flatworld Philippines. The results indicated that 80% of employees rated the Flatworld Philippines as a great place to work, 15 points higher than the industry benchmark.

The top findings of the survey include:

  • 89% of the employees felt that they had the resources and equipment to do their job well
  • 85% of the people felt they were treated fairly regardless of their race
  • 85% of the people felt they were made to feel welcome when they joined the company
  • 84% of the people felt they were treated fairly regardless of their gender
