Fed Up Kitchen specializes in providing highly nutritious and delicious prepared macro-based meals and green smoothies that are prepped fresh the day of and selected for people who want to live a healthy lifestyle.

Linzie Clawson, the owner and founder of Fed Up Kitchen, is eager to help Raul optimize his health and nutrition ahead of the biggest contest of his life. The undefeated Mexican-American bantamweight improved his record to 6-0 and earned a lucrative contract with the UFC at Dana White’s Contender Series in Las Vegas on Sept. 20, LIVE on ESPN+.

At 17, Raul is the youngest fighter in history to fight on the Contender Series.

“I thought, wouldn’t it be great if I can help Raul reach his dream through our delicious clean meals and healthy treats with Fed Up Kitchen during his fight camp leading up to the biggest night of his life,” she said. “I’m excited that I could share the gift of good nutrition with Raul and hopefully educate other young athletes and their families of the importance of healthy nutrition and high-level competition.”

Added Raul, “Fed Up Kitchen has played a huge role for me in the most important training camp of my career, and has provided valuable information that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.”

The host of the podcast “Fitness Junkees,” Giovanni Elmore, discovered Raul Rosas Jr. through his personal training client Aylissa House, wife of Iridium Sports Management CEO Jason House. He was told that they were bringing up the 17-year-old phenom and that they had to petition the fight council to let Rosas Jr. fight in Dana White’s Contender Series as 18 years old is normally the youngest age allowed to compete. Through this conversation, he found that a lot of new fighters in the MMA fight game have multiple jobs and don’t eat well. When Giovanni told Linzie Clawson, owner of Fed Up Kitchen about Rauls’s struggles, she immediately wanted to sponsor him through his fight camp with healthy meals and help him reach his dreams.

Clawson is eager to work with Raul and more MMA athletes in the future, however, Fed Up Kitchen caters to anyone wanting to improve their health and save time.

“We help people get off the typical American diet, which is fast food, DoorDash, and processed chemicalized foods that make you feel down, tired and lethargic,” she said. “Fed Up Kitchen has changed so many people’s lives through our 30, 60 and 90-day programs because when we change our eating habits, we change our life. And Nutrition is the foundation of feeling good starting from the inside out.”

The 17-year-old bantamweight prospect faced and beat Mando Guierrez on the September 20th DWCS fight card at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Rosas’ opportunity to fight in front of Dana White and the UFC earned him a coveted contract.
