An experienced senior human resources executive, Landoch will be instrumental in expanding DPL’s team of professionals as the company continues to add new member firms and distribution partners to its platform for RIAs.

The addition of the senior HR role coincides with exponential growth in membership and sales of commission-free insurance and annuity products through DPL’s platform. Last year, the company tripled sales and grew its advisor base to over 3,000 RIA firms as it expanded its footprint in the RIA channel, launching the Advent Insurance Marketplace Powered by DPL on the Black Diamond Wealth Platform with partner SS&C Advent. The company looks to add over twenty-five team members in the next several months to support anticipated organic growth, technology development and strategic integrations.
Prior to joining DPL, Landoch was the Vice President of Operations for HR consulting firm Hanna Resource Group, where he set strategic direction and ran day-to-day operations. Previously, he served as Chief Human Resource Officer for Goodwill Industries of Kentucky after spending more than two decades in HR leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, including GE Capital, GE Industrial, GE Healthcare and GE Appliances.
