Dhyan has joined Dialog’s SmartServer™ IoT ecosystem as a Premier CMS Developer and is making its StreetMan and LightMan central management software (CMS) available as powerful smart lighting enablers for Dialog’s extensible, multi-protocol IoT SmartServer IoT edge server. The joint solution is available today.
SmartServer IoT enables control and automation for IoT networks such as smart lighting for streets, public areas and building lighting. It includes device drivers for open IoT protocols including LonWorks, BACnet and Modbus for connectivity to building management systems, facility, area and street lighting. SmartServer IoT powers hundreds of IoT applications ranging from street lighting to building automation and industrial IoT. Dhyan’s CMS communicates with SmartServer IoT using the open TALQ Smart City Protocol which ensures multi-protocol and multi-vendor interoperability and enables fine-grained control and visibility into the health and status of all smart lights in a system.

Dhyan’s Streetman and Lightman, through the TALQ interface, work with all versions of the SmartServer including the latest SmartServer IoT. With this announced integration, municipalities can upgrade legacy lighting networks as well as connect previously unconnected systems under one CMS.
