Debug Pest Control Announces Acquisition of Acorn Exterminating

NEW LONDON, CT, December 23, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ — Debug Pest Control, a family-owned company serving Rhode Island and Connecticut, has acquired Acorn Exterminating. This acquisition is part of Debug’s planned growth strategy and marks their 4th acquisition.

Acorn has serviced Southeastern Connecticut for 32 years and is owned by Bill Coffey. Bill is a trained Entomologist, dedicated to solving pest issues for his clients, and proud to have been an A+ Better Business Bureau company. Acorn is a member of the National Pest Control Association and the Connecticut Pest Control Association.

Bill Coffey stated: “Like us, Debug is a family-owned pest control company. They already service our local area and have been in business for 28 years, with Bill Horgan as the 2nd generation owner. He and his company will serve you well.”

Debug will continue to treat Acorn customers and provide the same level of service. Debug will honor all of Acorn’s current agreements through the remainder of 2022. They will also offer additional pest control services to Connecticut customers like termite control, bed bug removal, and mosquito abatement.
