David joins Paragon having served as a passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic imaging IT executive with over 25 years of experience with business operational management, strategic planning, and administrative oversight. David is highly skilled in leading teams to deliver exceptional service and successful technology solutions with proven expertise in developing technical frameworks and conducting technology analysis and planning. David has been featured in the ACR’s Imaging 3.0 Collaborative Care case studies for his work in applying an enterprise imaging solution to deliver a higher quality standard of care to prostate cancer patients. Prior to joining Paragon, David led a global IT department in the highly regulated medical imaging clinical trials and research industry, bringing with him a strong understanding of the requirements necessary to meet or exceed the evolving compliance and risk management demands in the healthcare IT space.
