Chairman Acquires Full Ownership at Bad Dog Games

Bad Dog Games, LLC. is pleased to announce that Brian Cook, founding partner and Chairman, is now the sole shareholder as a result of a change of control transaction which closed on July 23rd, 2021.

Bad Dog Games, LLC. is pleased to announce that Brian Cook, founding partner and Chairman, is now the sole shareholder as a result of a change of control transaction which closed on July 23rd, 2021.

“Bad Dog skill and pull-tab solutions are attracting strong interest in several regulated markets” says Cook. “Now is the time for Bad Dog to affirm our commitment to the regulated gaming community and align our ownership structure accordingly. We reached an agreement with Chris Canard to sell his interest and step down from the board. Chris’ 20+ years of industry experience were key to Bad Dog’s early success and I thank him for his contribution.”

Seasoned and dynamic leaders

Brian Cook is the former founder of the largest restaurant technology solution provider, Aloha Technologies, sold to NCR in 2011. He has founded numerous companies in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex including Aloha, Percipio Health and Surefire Capital. An expert with a PhD in computer science and artificial intelligence, Brian is a proven innovator and leader in the design of complex mathematical systems such as those in found in gaming.

Greg Hammond is established business leader with over 20 years’ experience in enterprise software. Greg earned his expertise and global experience developing technology-based start-ups such as QSR Automations, Aloha Technologies, Ignite Technologies and Worksoft; the latter two resulting in private equity transactions.

Brian and Greg will continue

As founder and CEO of the company, Brian will focus on corporate mission, vision, and strategy, as well as maintaining the overall technological direction of the business. As COO, Greg will be responsible for all day-to-day commercial operations of the company.
