On the John Deere Site, the farm has four separate attention-grabbing videos that explain what the farm entails – “Fridays with the Allen’s” and “Tips for making the most of your land when you are just starting out.” The commercial featured their dahlias in full bloom. The farm planted over 7,000 dahlias in 2021. Bloom Hill Farm chose to shoot a John Deere commercial because it is a highly prestigious company that provides innovative solutions to its customers in a variety of production systems. With over 20,000 subscribers on the company’s YouTube channel, John Deere offers a portfolio of more than 25 brands to Agricultural-based companies.
Being first-generation farmers, Judd and Shannon Allen have grown Bloom Hill Farm to produce 11 acres of specialty cut flowers for Northeast Ohio. Apart from celebrating the big special moments, they believe it is also unique to celebrate the small treasurable moments of life. Their flowers are freshly-picked, harvested, locally produced, and deeply rooted in sustainable and organic growing practices.

With the flower bouquets, clients can be assured of getting the perfect gift for just anyone. The farm offers season flower subscriptions in Spring, Summer, and Fall. Subscribers are allowed to join the Flower Subscription group, which consists of people who support the farm by purchasing shares in advance. As a reward for their early commitment, they are entitled to a bountiful share of what the farm produces throughout the growing season. In addition, they are equipped with the knowledge and satisfaction that come with actively participating in local agricultural production. The Studio at Bloom Hill Farm, their wedding and event design studio provides unique, botanically inspired floral design. At their floral studio, customers can purchase Bloom Hill’s famous $20 grab-and-go bouquets at its Flower stand. The flower stand is fully stocked all day, starting at 9 AM to 8 PM, based on the self-serve system. On days when the studio isn’t open, customers can make special appointments for pick-up or delivery through the farm’s contact page. With a keen focus on 100% customer satisfaction, the farm offers delivery within a 15-mile radius of the farm.
