WATER MILL, NY, August 07, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ — The Dan’s Taste Summer Series, presented by Yieldstreet, culminates in the newly revamped Signature Weekend featuring annual favorite Dan’s Grill Hampton on Friday, August 5th and the inaugural Dan’s Bubbles on Saturday, August 6th – both of which will be hosted at Nova’s Ark in Water Mill, NY.
The events kick off on Friday, August 5th with “Grill Hampton,” where eight East End chefs will compete against eight Manhattan chefs in a unique culinary competition presented by Piccinini Bros. The competition will be followed by “Bubbles: A Fried Chicken, Seafood & Champagne Affair” on Saturday, August 6th. Both events will take place from 7-10 pm at 60 Millstone Road in Water Mill, NY. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena will be a central player at both events. Throughout each evening, event-goers will have the opportunity to taste Balsamic Vinegar of Modena at various stages of aging alongside its different pairings. A Consortium representative will be on site to share the origin and history of Modena’s “black gold,” the best ways to incorporate Balsamic Vinegar of Modena into charcuterie boards, and detailed information on the Protected Geographical Indication which guarantees all Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced in the Northern Italian region of Modena.
Now in its 11th summer, Dan’s Taste event series is hosted by Dan’s Papers, a “Hamptons Original” outlet that prides itself on reporting the best local news. These annual events embody the luxury of life on Long Island’s affluent East End in the Hamptons and on the North Fork. Each of Dan’s Taste events are frequented by influential tastemakers, business leaders, celebrities, and socialites alike. A portion of proceeds will be donated to a number of 501(c)(3) organizations, including All For the East End (AFTEE), a nonprofit that raises funds through a grant process to support other nonprofits on Long Island’s East End.
