ANIL UZUN Releases “Solitary” Documentary

LIVERPOOL, UK, May 11, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ — “Receiving an award from The Independent Music Producers Association has been just wonderful! In my video documentary I wanted to reflect what it is like to be alone in a modern world. To reflect on the consequences of being stuck with ourselves and limiting socializing. I am glad that it is appreciated,” says ANIL UZUN.

The documentary music video is about the pandemic-difficult and solitary times for everyone. The documentary was filmed in ANIL UZUN‘s hometown and directed by the musician himself.

“I wanted to direct and produce the music video because I wanted something different. To create the VR video music or documentary I worked with a wonderful team of producers. I want to thank them all and I received the award on behalf of them,” he continues.

Independent Music Producers Association is a unity formed by independent producers to support unique and stand out works of the independent film/music industry in Turkey. The association tries to make independent work get recognition. The association has a team of juries to select works and award them.

Who is ANIL UZUN?

ANIL UZUN is a guitarist, music producer and a teacher from Turkey. He was born in 1982 and he started playing music in his grandfather’s home with his childhood friends. In high school, Anıl Uzun formed a rock band with his fellow friends. He made performances in school concerts and youth festivals. Today, he works as an independent musical arranger, event organizer, and a producer. He continues to cherish his music and tries to give a legacy to his beloved daughter.
