Andrew Shader, Entrepreneur and Real Estate Developer, Announces the Launch of New Website

Florida-based entrepreneur and real estate developer, Andrew Shader, is pleased to announce the launch of his new online platform that will highlight Shader’s portfolio and successes, among other personal and professional information.

Andrew Shader, real estate developer, entrepreneur, and investor is excited to announce the launch of his new website that will feature both personal and professional facts and insights revolving around Shader’s career and achievements.

“I’ve been looking forward to launching a new website for years. My brother, Corey, referred me to a great team of website developers based out of my home state, Florida, to help bring to life my ideas and vision of a clean, modernized, online platform,” said Shader.

As a real estate developer and investor, Shader is an expert in value-added properties that require corrective action to reach their full market potential. Shader has called Florida his home for some time as he currently resides in Fort Lauderdale and attended college at the public university in Tallahassee, Florida State University. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, and Marketing.

Shader’s first job after graduating college was at a Health Insurance agency. While working there, Shader gained experience in marketing as he sold insurance over the phone. Shader’s sharp business mind and marketing talents helped him to work his way up in the company very fast.

As he took on new opportunities and roles climbing the corporate ladder, Shader had a goal in mind: to master the fundamentals of management, accounting, technology, and training. Upon reaching his professional pursuits, Shader decided to take an entrepreneurial leap and broke away from his job to invest his energy into an insurance business startup with his business partner and brother, Corey Shader. At this point in his life, Andrew Shader developed his specialized skill in finding the scalability within any vertical.

In 2016, the Shader brothers started to work in real estate and investments and soon grew an accredited portfolio for future endeavors. On the investment side of the work they do, Andrew and Corey Shader buy properties that have development potential. The properties are what could be considered “fixer-uppers.” Their investment strategy has enhanced the value by sixty percent without depending on future appreciation.

Andrew Shader is particularly passionate about searching for value-added properties that require his perspective on each investment to stay in a mindset of the future potential for a property. He stands apart from his competition by instilling long-term goals while staying innovative and in the present to execute short-term goals and daily tasks to get to where he wants to go in his career.

Current and new clients will be able to contact and book consultations with Andrew Shader through his new website. For more information on Shader, visit his Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
