Roelofs and Swanson recently took over ownership of Advanced Hearing Plus and hired Eugene-based web design firm, Optimize Media Marketing, to create an informative and more accessible website for patients seeking better hearing options. The accessibility tools enable web visitors to change text size, create more visual contrast, change fonts and more easily find embedded links.
The Advanced Hearing Plus team includes Richard Swanson, a board-certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, clinical co-owner, and co-director. Swanson and Roelofs work together to ensure the appropriate diagnosis and identify the right technology to enhance a patient’s quality of hearing. Services include hearing tests, hearing aid repairs, earwax management, custom hearing protection, tinnitus treatment, musician monitors and earbuds, and captioned phones. The highly-qualified Advanced Hearing Plus team also provides quality follow-up care to ensure patients’ hearing care needs continue to be met.
“We focus on service over sales, and our new website helps us connect with new and existing patients with helpful resources and news about our services and advanced technology and treatments available to them,” said Swanson. “It was important to us that we ensure greater accessibility with new features that make our site easier to view.”
