Brother Hip-Hop duo Ato-Mik go viral with ‘I Am’

With the whole music industry fixed in on the spontaneous Tik Tok hits. The brother’s Atom and Mikey Mic AKA Ato-Mik jumped headfirst creating a splash on Tik Tok with one of their latest singles ‘I Am’. Carried by upbeat guitar melody with heavy hip hop drums laid overtop, the brothers drive an infectious chorus that can relate to everyone. Singing along with the lyrics “I am all I know and that’s okay.” has been found to instantly uplift one’s mood. Now with over +1300 videos using the song and +14,000,000 views in total. Pushing Ato-Mik’s music worldwide with new fans from 6 of 7 continents making videos with ‘Ato-Mik – I Am’.

Atom and Mikey Mic, joined forces to become Ato-Mik aka @atomikbros an independent Hip-Hop brother duo. Bringing their own unique spin on hip-hop to you from North Vancouver, Canada. Music that’s aimed to raise vibrations while encouraging a positive mindset. Setting the vibe for any occasion, especially late-night car rides and early morning gym sessions. Their music is diverse in nature, eclectic hip-hop derived from many different spectrums. Ranging from the smooth sounds of the West-Coast to the NYC roots.

Starting in 2016 Ato-Mik has been releasing music on all platforms and has become a rising force in the Vancouver and Canadian Hip-Hop scene. Releasing 2 E.P’s and multiple singles they have garnered over 500,000+ plays/streams across all platforms. Performing around Greater Vancouver and British Columbia at over 50+ shows. Opening up and sharing stages with the likes of Raekwon, WC, Ras Kass, The Beatnuts, Cozz, Quentin Miller, MadChild, Eazy Mac, Tre Nyce, and many others. They have hosted their own headlining shows at The Media Club, The Portside Pub, and Studio Records. Organized and hosted/headlined a fundraiser at The Second Floor Eatery raising awareness for music therapy.

I Am by ATO-MIK” is a universally relatable track, with lyrics such as “I am all I know, and that’s okay” and “Flying with my soul” it speaks to the masses as we are all we know, must be content and okay with that alongside the journey of exploring inside our souls to find out more of who we are, where we came from and what to do next. Sampling the late great ‘Nick Drake’ we added modern drums with a hip-hop beat. A memorable hook and powerful lyrics turn this song into a conscious rap banger. Its got a swing perfect for any time of day, too sing along too and lighten the day/mood.

Within 2020 alone the bro’s have seen the most exponential career growth so far with millions of new people hearing their music, its shaped up to be a pivotal year as Ato-Mik is gaining more momentum and support each day.
