Musician, Model & Influencer on the Rise Jennifer Zhang Celebrates Winning 2020 Global Clean Environment Awards

Accomplished versatile entertainer, multi-pageant titleholder and activist Jennifer Zhang continues to have a positive impact on social and charitable causes, recently winning a 2020 Global Clean Environment Award. The ceremony will take place in Seoul, South Korea on June 24th.

There’s no doubt that the world’s consciousness regarding the environment has increased in the wake of the coronavirus. One international celebrity, Jennifer Zhang has been an active voice in this area for years. This passion is stronger than ever as Jennifer has leveraged her reach to fight for a cleaner and healthier world environment. In exciting news in this area, the Global Environment Awards recently announced Jennifer Zhang being a winner of its 2020 recognition. The honor will be officially given to the star on June 24th, 2020, in a special ceremony at The Plaza Hotel in Seoul, South Korea. The energy surrounding the awards, which are organized by ACE (Action for Clean Environment) and Woojin Management and Legal Affair Institute, is high.

Jennifer is the only entertainer recognized for the 2020 award in one of its four categories, the rest being: public service, healthcare and business. She proudly represents both the US and her place of birth, China. Her career has seen her engaged in a plethora of activities to help protect and conserve the environment, including some highlights like being part of beach cleaning efforts in Miami Florida and Sabah Malaysia; donating and preparing meals for endangered wild marine animals in Puerto Rico; cleaning and repainting bridges in Chicago’s Chinatown; promoting the use of water filters to reduce plastic bottle use; recently creating a music video related to COVID-19 which has received wide views to raise public awareness and to encourage hygienic practices; donating proceeds of music releases to charities such as WWF, NMH and various COVID-19 respond funds; cleaning up looted storefronts in downtown Chicago, and much more.

Expect Jennifer Zhang to continue her work as a musician, model and social media voice, while contributing to environmental and other causes in the months and years to come.

Jennifer Zhang is well-known for her accomplishments as a musician, model, actress, social media influencer and entrepreneur. In addition to being a singer, pianist, and composer, Jennifer plays nine different Chinese instruments including the Chinese transverse bamboo flute (dizi). As your reigning Brilliant Miss World 2020, she has won an impressive total of five national and international titles including Miss China International 2017 and Miss Friendship Ambassador of Chicago 2015.
