We all have seen several hollywood scenes with boys and girls partying in clubs and drinking their guts out, eventually wasting all their time and money on horsing around. But it’s not always like that. Our featured businessman in this article proves that you can have your party spirit and do great business at the same time, or a little while after!

Sanan Sanani, a wannabe real estate mogul, is the party boy who realized life to him was more than just having fun. He maintained the spirit of joy and turned his experience into successful entrepreneurship. Here is how it all began:

Started In Clubs, Ended In Huge Investment Projects

He was only 21 when he began the festive experience in Dubai. He spent the next two years of his life meeting people in backstages and VIP clubs in the Jewel of the Gulf. He became really active as a mood coordinator for luxurious clients and guests. He managed to meet a lot of influential people, folks who all came from money.

Parties at Dubai’s top tier clubs are simply crazy. Guests spent thousands of dollars in a matter of hours per night. Sanan used this opportunity to get to know people from high position and build a strong network of the elite in Dubai.

Sanan often spent thousands of bucks on a table with his circle, enjoying extravagant dinners and beverages. It never ends there though. Parties take place in the classiest places of all. Private islands, yachts, mansions, just name it.

Spending every single night of the week was turning him into a king of the night. It was then when he realized it was getting too much and he needed to move over to the daylife. He felt it was about time he had started his own business and made some money. Too much partying was also detrimental to his health.

The Aftermath

Sanan Sanani rose to become an aspiring entrepreneur. His networking skills paid off and he started a position as a business development manager at a Belgium company, working with a million

dollar European clientele.

His passion is property sale. He does it simply like he is having a drink. His result-orientated attitude helped him run the business and his passionate spirit pushes him towards his goals.

His next target is Tbilisi, Georgia. He moved there following successful property development projects in Georgia. He has established himself so intriguing that his company is already seling millions in property. His area of focus there is affordable housing and properties. His company provides guidance and assistance for foreign investors to hold and finalize development projects. His company offers full services in terms of real estate brokerage and development.

Final Thoughts

So next time you are having a party, make sure you are making the best of your experience. Seize every opportunity in life to meet new people and build powerful networks. A successful business comes from experiences, hardwork and simply following your passions, no matter where you are, just like how Sanan proved to us.
