This company is a leader in Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and its associated software support applications. They fully realize the critical role that an improved and more user-friendly website plays in getting the right message about their products and services out to their many customers.

Quinn stated that one of their main points of emphasis when designing the new site was to make an easier to navigate website. They know from their own experiences how fast users tend to click out of a website if they are having trouble finding what they came there looking for. He says that’s why the new website has a much improved and more comprehensive drop-down menu. There are now nine categories to choose from at the top of each of the company’s webpages and each of those has several useful sub-categories underneath it. The drop-down menu topics include the homepage, products offered, training solutions, contract services, and the company’s support services. Some of the newer and more creative drop-down menu topics include upcoming events, informational blog articles, a more in-depth about us page, and even placing their 877-number where it can be easily found.
He says that they also wanted the new website to be very visually appealing. It’s the reason they chose to put the site drop-down menu’s and other important information in easy to see bright white letters on a dark black background. Quinn says they wanted the information to just jump of the page at those who were using the website. They even have the company’s name and some other highlights in a highly visible green type color. He says the company also chose to use very few visuals to not take away from the written information on the page. The company spokesperson says even the website information on their many different services has been improved. This includes offering more details on their Mastercam and Verisurf products, specialized training services, and upcoming event calendar.
Quinn also mentioned that their new website is not the only way that the company has to get its product and services information out to their clients. They also have satellite offices in Nashville, TN, Knoxville, TN, Kansas City, KS, and Wichita, KS. The company is also geared up in a way that they can provide on-site training solutions at a customer’s facility.
