Orhan Cakir serves as the Owner with Carlos Barroz as the Executive Chef and Partner, with Victor Medina of La Pulperia as Managing Partner.

Appetizer

As an appetizer, one should try their “Beef Tartare,” which is hand-cut tenderloin, capers, chives, chimi oil, and quail eggs, topped with caviar and served with toast.

Entrée

Their “Parrillada for Two” is the best option for an entrée, especially those that love meat. It consists of Skirt steak, sirloin, short ribs, sweetbreads, chicken, chorizo, morcilla, chimichurri, salsa criolla, and green salad.

All of the meats are were juicy, tender, and savory. This meal alone is worth the visit to Palermo Argentinian Bistro Gramercy Park.

Healthy side dishes include their “Grilled Asparagus,” which is served with Saffron aioli, as well as their French Fries, which are served with Truffle mayonnaise and ketchup.

At Palermo, one should leave some room for dessert… especially for their creamy “Flan” and their rich and molten “Chocolate Lava Cake,” which was topped with whipped cream.

Overall, Palermo Argentinian Bistro Gramercy Park is a noteworthy newly-opened restaurant in the heart of Manhattan. Their fiery-grilled Argentinian steaks and chicken meats are delectable and memorable.

It has a neat, airy vibe to it that is reminiscent of the vibrant Palermo neighborhood in Buenos Aires, which is known for its Spanish Colonial architecture, stylish restaurants, lively bars, and hip, youthful energy.

The presentation of their dishes was artistic, elegant, and creative. There is an authenticity to this cuisine like no other.

Palermo Argentinian Bistro Gramercy Park is certainly worth checking out. There is something new to try at each visit due to its extensive menu of offerings, and it is ideal for the whole family.

In fact, with Father’s Day coming up this weekend, it is the quintessential place to celebrate fathers. This restaurant garners 4.5 out out of 5 stars. Well done.
