Philip Fusco is a social influencer, fashion model, fitness trainer, and life coach. He chatted about his latest endeavors.

Bob Marley once said: “The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.” This quote applies to Philip Fusco.

Daily motivations

On his daily motivations, Fusco said, “I always want to be the best version of myself. When I was younger, I was always the smaller kid in high school. I was super tiny, and I always wanted to be big like everyone else.”

“That’s when I started going to the gym, and I really got into the gym, and I kept to it every day. Now, that motivates me. I always want to be the best that I can be,” he acknowledged.

Future plans

Regarding his future plans, Fusco said, “As of now, I am a personal trainer and life coach, so obviously, I would like to see that develop into something bigger.”

“I would like to pick up more clients, and I would love to get into the field of real estate at some point. Also, to continue to do good,” he noted.

Lessons learned from his life’s journey

On the lessons learned from this journey, he reflected, “This journey taught me that everyone makes mistakes and there is always room to improve yourself and to improve on your actions.”

“Generally, if there is something that is bugging you or bothering you, there is usually always a fix for that,” he added.

Career-defining moments

When asked about his career-defining moments, he shared, “My first defining moment in my career as a model had to be my first magazine cover with ‘Exercise for Men.’ When I got that cover, I was jumping up and down because it turned out to be for real. I had always wanted to see something concrete, so that national magazine cover fulfilled that.”

“Also, as a personal trainer, when my clients lose incredible amounts of weight, that was a very rewarding feeling,” he said.

Best advice that he was ever given

On the best advice that he was ever given, he revealed, “Never give up… Ever.”

“I actually used that as my quote for my high school yearbook in 12th grade, and it holds true,” he said. “You need to keep moving forward and pressing forth, and you will get to that goal and where you want to be.”

“You need to keep pushing to try to get to that point. God isn’t going to make something as easy… He is going to test your character by putting a lot of obstacles in the way,” he explained.

Favorite motto to live by

His favorite motto to live by is the Golden rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

“Treat others as you wish yourself to be treated,” he said. “Don’t go around being stuck up or full of yourself. Be humble because the results of your actions will just show in a much better light if you are a humble person.”

Superpower of choice

If Fusco were to have any superpower, it would be “to fly.”

“I would fly wherever I want whenever I want,” he said, noting how “liberating” flying can be.

Stage of his life

On the title of the current chapter of his life, Fusco said, “Renaissance.” “I’m staying in the game,” he said.

Success

On his definition of the word success, Fusco said, “Success means a lot to me. There is so much that goes into the word success. It means succeeding physically, mentally, and you are happy at the position that you have gotten to.”

“If I did something that was deemed complete and successful, I made it there if I am happy with my choice rather than just physically being okay with my choice. So, success means being happy internally and getting to the completed goal externally,” he explained.

“Once you get to the end, you have reached the goal, and now you are successful, and it feels good,” he added.

Fans and supporters

For his fans and supporters, Fusco said, “Thank you, a thousand times over. Without them, I would not be in the position that I am in.”

“It really does take a village… All the fans together pushing is what really gets me. The support from the fans inspires me to do better,” he concluded.
