“Who’s Harry Crumb?” (1:30 p.m. ET/PT) — The last in a long line of successful sleuths, Harry Crumb (Candy), is an inept detective who bumbles his way through cases. In an effort to cover up his own crime, the head of the Crumb detective agency assigns Harry the case and is shocked when it actually looks like he’ll solve it. Co-starring Annie Potts.
“Armed and Dangerous” (3:00 p.m. ET/PT) — Working as security guards, an ex-cop (Candy) and a former lawyer (Eugene Levy) investigate union corruption and the Mafia. Co-starring Meg Ryan and Robert Loggia.
“Wagons East” (4:30 p.m. ET/PT) — In his final film, Candy plays an inept wagonmaster hired to lead a group of pioneers back East, after they have grown sick of the Wild West. Co-starring Richard Lewis.
“Nothing But Trouble” (6:20 p.m. ET/PT) — After a couple gets arrested for speeding through a strange little town, they must figure out a way to outwit its inhabitants and escape. Candy plays dual roles in Dan Aykroyd’s directorial debut, which co-stars Chevy Chase, Demi Moore and Aykroyd.
“Uncle Buck” (8:00 p.m. ET/PT) — In this touching comedy from writer-director John Hughes, Candy plays an irresponsible bachelor asked to babysit his brother’s young family, including Gaby Hoffmann and Macaulay Culkin. Co-starring Amy Madigan and Laurie Metcalf.
