Jerome Bettis to take ‘Road Trip to a Healthy Lifestyle’

A former Super Bowl champion, Bettis will be joined by professional golfer Fred Funk. They will be hitting the road in Stryker’s first-ever digital series “Road Trip to a Healthy Lifestyle.” They are both brand ambassadors of Stryker, and their cross-country journey will be documented in three episodes, which will highlight ways stay to stay mobile and active by engaging in healthy activities that are relatable to everyone.

The official debut of the three-part series will take place on May 17. Although Bettis is not a joint replacement recipient, the former NFL player knows all about joint pain and the impact that it has on the body and one’s lifestyle.

In addition, Funk underwent total knee replacement in November of 2009, and he received Stryker’s “Get Around Knee,” which helped reverse what could have been a career-ending injury. Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and its goal is to make healthcare better.
