Social influencer and fitness professional Lucas Dvorak chatted about his motivations and latest endeavors.

Business magnate and philanthropist John D. Rockefeller once said: “The most important thing for a young man is to establish a credit… a reputation, character.” This quote applies to Lucas Dvorak, 22.

Daily motivations

On his daily motivations, Dvorak said, “In high school, I had a lawn care and snow removal business, and I had a few employees, and when I went to college, and I had to sell it because I moved states. I sold that business, and then, I had a lot more opportunities to expand my mindset.”

“I started going to the gym and I met some really great people, who really took me under their wing, and showed me the ropes. At the time, I didn’t have social media, but they inspired me to start my social media, and from there, I kept going,” he explained.

“What inspires me is changing lives in a positive manner,” he admitted. “Faith has always been the No. 1 thing in my life. I grew up in a very Catholic household, and I am actually a lector at my church. Every night I would pray to impact people, and to have a positive influence on their lives.”

“Then, my prayers were answered because my social media started growing, so I had an impact on people’s physical health through lifting. I have also been into investing, and then I started a trading and finance community, and we have scaled very fast. I want to keep growing,” he elaborated.

“To know that I am changing lives is the most heartwarming feeling,” he added. “To teach people how they can build financial wealth, reach their physical goals, be healthier and happier is what motivates me every day,” he added.

The digital age

On being a part of the digital age, Dvorak said, “It’s kind of funny because in high school I was never one of the popular kids. I never had too much of a social circle.”

“Now, I have a large social media following so I can make a huge impact on people. It’s a different feel for me now. I really enjoy posting and making content,” he noted.

“I love it,” Dvorak exclaimed. “I’ve met a lot of great people through social media through connecting. I’ve had a lot of windows open such as business ventures, relationships, and friendships. I am very blessed, and I want to keep doing it.”

Mental health in the digital age

Dvorak underscored the importance of mental health in this digital age.

“That’s a big topic that people don’t really think about,” he said. “My advice for new creators that are trying to post is that there will be people who are naysayers but that does not matter.”

“All that means is that they are watching your videos, and they are thinking about you,” he added.

Career-defining moments

On his career-defining moments, he revealed, “When I first started in the finance community, I didn’t know how far I would take it or scale it. Whenever I am getting ‘thank you’ messages from people about how I’ve helped them that means the world to me.”

“Impacting people’s lives in a positive way just inspires me to keep going. The same holds true when my fitness and workout videos help people get healthier and improve their lives,” he said.

Stage of his life

On the title of the current chapter of his life, Dvorak said, “Blessings.”

“I posted a story on social media stating how blessed I’ve been over the last few months to connect with so many people, and as a result, so many prayers have been answered, and not just financially and physically,” he noted.

“It’s through the relationships and friendships that I’ve made along the way. That is so empowering, and I am so blessed to be here,” he acknowledged.

“These past five months have been a really fun ride, and I am so thankful to be here,” he added.

Superpower of choice

When asked what his superpower would be, Dvorak said, “I would want to immediately connect with strangers on the deepest level.”

“I love connecting with people and I love helping people, and I love it when they connect with me in return. I think that’s how the strongest relationships are formed. That would be a really cool superpower,” he explained.

“My mother has that superpower; that’s where I get that desire from,” he added.

Dvorak on comparisons being ‘the thief of joy’

Dvorak is a firm believer of the following quote by President Theodore Roosevelt: “Comparison is the thief of joy.” This evokes a compelling sentiment, which can be both life-changing and soul-completing.

If we compare ourselves to other people, we may be left with feelings of inferiority or superiority, and neither would create an emotionally and mentally healthy human being.

Success

Regarding his definition of the word success, Dvorak said, “Success is helping others. It really is about impacting others and making people happier.”

Message for his fans and supporters

For his fans and supporters, Dvorak said, “I couldn’t do this without my fans, supporters and my team. Their support and their messages have meant a lot to me.”

“I would rather have zero followers or zero dollars, but if I am able to help one person, that is enough to keep me going, and that is all worth it,” he concluded.

Byron Pulsifer once said: “Imagine, dream, and believe in yourself. With determination and belief, you will be surprised at what you accomplish.” Lucas Dvorak is living proof of this wise quote.
