When we think of the word mindset, we view it as a single entity. But what often goes overlooked is the many different identities present in our minds. Who we are and how we function are heavily influenced by the inner workings of who we are, and they play an important role in understanding ourselves on a deeper level. An expert on identity work, Arabelle Yee discusses the identities of our mindset and what to know about them.

No one person is alike, and that’s the beauty of life. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc are impossible to replicate; even if you share the same experience with someone else, you will perceive it differently. And there lies the power of individualism.

It’s easy to get caught up in societal influences concerning others’ lives and appearances, but what makes you unique has more to do with who you are as a person on the inside and not just on the outside.

Getting to know the inner versions of you can seem overwhelming, but the better acquainted you become with your entire self, the possibilities become endless. And don’t fret, this journey doesn’t have to be embarked on alone. Manifestation Queen Arabelle Yee is here to provide you with the wisdom to transform your mindset.

“You have all these different versions of yourself,” Arabelle says as she emphasizes the importance of being aware of these facets in order to ensure they’re in alignment and collaborating together, not separately.

After commencing the journey of defining her identity to shift into her most powerful self, she sought to help other women do the same.

Arabelle Yee is a certified psychotherapist and transformational life strategist who mentors 6-7 figure female entrepreneurs and helps them to create a huge impact. An entrepreneur herself, she is taking the world by storm and has already helped hundreds of thousands of people from over 110 countries using energetics, strategy, and mindset techniques.

Part of her mindset techniques is identity work because your mindset is an incredible element that influences your perception and behavior toward people and situations, and if understood correctly, can be utilized to manifest the life of your dreams.

“At any moment in time, there are many identities playing in our daily lives, and most of the time we are unconscious of them. I call them my internal team,” Arabelle describes.

“We unknowingly promote one of these identities to lead and make decisions in our life,” Arabelle says. If you find that what you want is not transpiring, you may have promoted an identity that is not ready to step into that role.

Arabelle believes it’s so important to become conscious of our internal team to know who to “promote” and when.

For Arabelle, a few of her notable identities include the visionary and the “little” Arabelle. Even though the two are very different, they make up who she is.

“The visionary identity has always done good things for me. She envisions all these things and pulls me forward,” Arabelle explains. This identity holds a positive space in her mind and is an essential aspect of her ability to manifest.

And then there’s the little Arabelle identity. “That little Arabelle in me is scared, she wants to be liked and loved by people and when she tries to run the show, I have to be conscious of her because she can overwrite other things. She tries to do things so that she receives love, and it’s not always good,” she discusses.

The key thing I learned while speaking with Arabelle is being conscious of your internal team. Maybe you have a five-year-old identity that comes out during stressful or anxious times or a controller identity that pushes through in moments of uncertainty. Whatever the case, they are part of who you are and can largely influence how you live your life. But if your highest and most authentic self is in the driver’s seat, you can steer your team in the right direction – towards an extraordinary life

“When you learn how to discover the right identities present in your mind to lead decisions in your life, it will immensely help with manifestation along with tapping into your potential,” Arabelle says. “We are born manifesters and everything we have in our life right now, we’ve manifested, good and bad.” And if you’re not 100% content with what you’ve manifested up to this point, you have to get clear with your vision, and a fundamental aspect of strengthening that clarity is understanding the identities of your mindset.

“Along with Manifestation, Identity Work is an important piece in it. And my way of working on manifestation is not coming from a place of lack but coming from a place of certainty,” Arabelle emphasizes. When you learn to identify what you want, the pieces of you start falling into place. And when this happens, you’ve unlocked your limitless potential.

Your extraordinary life is reachable, so step into your next-level self through identity work to see the transformation occur.
