GONE IN 60 SECONDS ‘Never Before Seen Bonus Material’

A special satellite broadcast will provide DVD enthusiasts & film fans with a SNEAK PEEK of the bonus footage for GONE IN 60 SECONDS, which will be available to rent or own on December 5.

From renowned blockbuster filmmaker Jerry Bruckheimer (“Con Air,” “The Rock”) comes the adrenaline pumped, supercharged non-stop action/adventure GONE IN 60 SECONDS, debuting on home video and DVD December 5 from Touchstone Home Video. Featuring a stellar line-up of talent, the film stars Academy Award-winner Nicholas Cage (1995, Best Actor, “Leaving Las Vegas”), Academy
Award-winner Angelina Jolie (1999, Best Supporting Actress, “Girl
Interrupted”), Oscar-winner Robert Duvall (1983, Best Actor, “Tender Mercies”), Giovanni Ribisi (“Boiler Room,” “The Other Sister”) and Delroy Lindo (“The Cider House Rules,” “Clockers”).

When ex-car thief Randall “Memphis” Raines (Cage) finds out that his younger brother Kip (Ribisi) is following in his former footsteps — only to become dangerously embroiled in a high-stakes caper — he is drawn back into his old life style, for one last heist. Rounding up his old posse of bandits, including ex-girlfriend Sara “Sway” (Jolie), mentor Otto Halliwell (Duvall), best friend Donny Astricky (Chi McBride) and Sphinx (Vinnie Jones), Memphis and his gang of car aficionados burn rubber to save his brother before it’s too late. With the aid of his beloved “Eleanor” — a 1967 Shelby Mustang GT 500 — Memphis shifts gears to try and evade detective Castelbeck (Lindo), as one of the most riveting car chases of the 21st century ensues.

GONE IN 60 SECONDS is rated “R” by the Motion Picture Association of America. GONE IN 60 SECONDS will be available to rent or own on December 5, 2000.
