It is a family-owned restaurant that is run by culinary queen Maria Petridis, who single-handedly does all the cooking and baking on the premises. Maria’s features fresh food made from high-quality ingredients, with a special focus on their seafood, especially their fish. Their Mediterranean cuisine consists of savory flavors and family recipes.
Maria’s side dishes include fresh cut fries, lemon potatoes, white rice, vegetable rice, steamed veggies, string beans, okra and spinach rice, in addition to their avgolemono (egg and lemon) and lentil soups.
Their wide range of seafood consists of grilled or fried calamari, salmon fillet, fillet of lemon sole, stuffed filet of flounder, shrimp Mykonos, shrimp scampi, sea bass, scallops and crabcakes.
One of their finest desserts includes their homemade lemon pie, which deserves a standing ovation for Chef Maria.
They also offer a children’s menu that consists of chicken fingers, pork souvlaki, fried shrimp, pita pizza and pasta, as well as an extensive catering menu. At each visit, there is always something new to try.
