Those Steake Lovers who crave that backyard, home-style flavor, but not the
hassle of a cookout, can now enjoy steaks flame-grilled over hickory at
participating Bonanza Steakhouse and Ponderosa Steakhouse locations.
Several different cuts are featured, including a 14-oz T-bone (shown),
six-ounce and half-pound sirloins, a half-pound ribeye, a half-pound of
chopped steak and a 10-ounce prime rib. In addition to beef, Bonanza and
Ponderosa are grilling Chicken Monterey and shrimp over hickory.
