Episode 10 of World Break: Aria of a Curse for a Holy Swordsman, titled “Battle at Yekaterinburg,” is currently streaming on Crunchyroll, FUNimation, and Hulu for paid subscribers. Free members can watch the same episode six days from now on March 22nd.
I broke into laughter when Moroha woke up in bed, where he was sharing it with Angela. It got funnier when Angela came to her senses and realized what happened, which led her to unleash a high-pitched scream.
I was wowed when Angela performed literal “sexual healing.”
The next scene got awkwardly funny when Angela tries to quickly change.
Moroha is given a difficult request by one of the leaders, Katya, rescue Yuli from the Lightning Emperor. It is obvious that most of the Russian Saviors are scared of the Lightning Emperor and her awesome power.
I liked Moroha’s reason for not killing anybody, which he hopes that there are plenty of people that do not subscribe to the Lightning Emperor’s philosophy. I had to laugh when Moroha knocked Katya out with another forehead flick.
Moroha’s “no kill” policy has obviously paid off when Lesya, Satsuki, and Shizuno are transported to the Lightning Emperor’s stronghold. Lesya and Katya prove crucial in convincing the Russian Saviors to use logic and turn against the Lightning Emperor.
It is obvious that the Lightning Emperor treats everybody as expendable pawns, which leads to her downfall.
This episode was straightforward to watch and it had a major battle that I was hoping to see. I enjoyed watching the battle between Moroha’s group against the Lightning Emperor because it was incredibly intense to watch.
The Lightning Emperor’s tough exterior cracks when she ultimately loses against Moroha. She’s not that tough after she starts begging for mercy and forgiveness.
