Executive producer and executive story editor Wendy Riche chatted with Digital Journal’s Markos Papadatos about her 2021 Daytime Emmy nomination for “The Bay” on Popstar! TV.
“The Bay,” created by Gregori J. Martin, is up for “Outstanding Limited Series” at the 2021 Daytime Emmy Awards. “I feel blessed and honored to be recognized by our peers with this nomination. I am so proud of Gregori and the cast and crew for their safe hard work during the pandemic in order to deliver to our fans,” she said.
“First and always, I want to thank our fans for always being there for us,” she said. “The challenges Pete, the Garretts, and all the characters in Bay City face in Season 6 are surprising, sometimes shocking, and always relevant. Binge ‘The Bay’ and then, binge ‘The Bay’ again,” she exclaimed.
