Video: ‘Persona 3 the Movie #3’ 2nd full-length trailer

Aniplex, not to be confused with Aniplex of America, posted the second trailer for Persona 3 the Movie #3: Falling Down. The film is scheduled to hit theaters across Japan on April 4th and it is unknown when it will receive a home video release let alone internationally. It is likely that Aniplex of America will receive the North America regional license for Persona 3 the Movie #3: Falling Down because it is the US branch of Aniplex.

If it gets a European release, then NIS America could possibly get the regional license for that continent.

The first half of the trailer shows the final showdown between S.E.E.S and Strega, respectively, the heroes and the antagonists. Makoto (named Minato in the Persona 3 manga), the main character’s, final battle with Tartaros draws near as the stakes are raised.

They are very close to permanently putting an end to the Dark Hour, but Strega refuses to let it happen.

Chidori, a member of Strega, is shown to have second doubts about the group’s goal when she starts developing feelings for Junpei Iori.

The goal is simple, but there are complications and Strega is the least of them. Makoto and the others will inevitably learn the truth behind S.E.E.S’ formation and the origin of the Dark Hour. Ryoji Mochizuki, a new transfer student, will also be a game changer for Makoto and the rest of S.E.E.S.

Persona 3 the Movie #3: Falling Down will bring the film adaptations of Persona 3 to a close, but there is a possibility that a fourth one could be made. There is an extra story for Persona 3 that takes place a few months after the end of the main story.

Aigis is the main heroine of the extra story.

If you have played through the original role-playing game title, then you should be familiar with the scenes in the movie. People who have played the game should already know what to expect with the movie comes out.
