Triple Charm chatted about their single “Thrive,” the digital age, and they revealed their dream collaboration choices in music.

How did your new single come about?

Our new single “Thrive” initially started as a letter to our younger selves and what we
would’ve wanted to hear when we decided to pursue Triple Charm full-time. It’s about not being afraid to commit to yourself and go after your goals.

You deserve to “Thrive” and reach your full potential. The timing, when we wrote the song was perfect, because New Years was around the corner and this single is dedicated to making a positive change in your life which is what the new year is all about.

What inspires your music and songwriting?

A song for us is always inspired by the message we want to convey. As we first start the songwriting process for a new single, we always think about what we want our audience to get out of the song, or a message we feel is important to share.

With all of our music we hope the audience can take something away from it that can help them or better their lives.

How does it feel to be artists in the digital age? (now with streaming and technology being so prevalent)

Being an artist in the digital age has been incredible. It has created so many amazing
opportunities for us to reach new people. The use of social media has been so beneficial in helping us build our audience to over five million followers.

Without the help of social media and this digital age we’re in, growing an audience used to be much less accessible or even possible for new independent artists.

It has also given us a chance to create an even deeper connection with our followers and listeners which has been awesome.

Which artists would you like to do a dream collab with someday?

There are so many amazing artists that we would love to collaborate with someday. The two that first come to mind are Dua Lipa and Rosalia.

What do your plans for the future include?

We have so many plans for the future we are so excited for. Right now, we’re focused on new music and creating new content. Our goal is to always take our music up a notch and make each single even bigger and better than the one before.

Performing is our favorite thing to do so we are excited to start doing some live shows and hopefully go on tour one day.

What is your advice for young and aspiring artists?

That’s a great question. The best piece of advice we could give to young, aspiring artists is to build a community and connect with your audience. Be authentic and keep going after it no matter what.

What would you like to tell our readers about your new music? (What’s the
one thing you want them to get out of it)

Since day one, we’ve wanted to spread positivity in any way we can. We hope that
anyone who hears our music is inspired or motivated in some way.

We want you to go after your goals and truly believe in yourself because you have the power to create the life you want. Remember you’re amazing and you deserve to thrive.
