Trent Tomlinson supports the Shine for Susie ALS benefit concert

Tomlinson joins such country acts as Florida Georgia Line, Tyler Farr, Jerrod Niemann, and Canaan Smith, among others. This acoustic event will take place on December 4 at the iconic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, and it benefits the ALS Association of Tennessee and the Burchett & Liles Family in their fight against ALS. It will be a night of hope and healing, and it will be co-hosted by Storme Warren, Stephen Barker Liles from Love and Theft, as well as Dee Jay Silver.

Susie Burchett, the mother of country star Stephen Barker Liles of Love and Theft, was diagnosed with ALS in March of 2017. “When my mother was diagnosed with ALS, in March of this year, I was devastated,” Stephen Barker Liles said in a press statement. “But I also felt called to make a difference to help her and others through my musical platform. I’m incredibly grateful for some of my dear friends who are joining me to shine light through our music and bring hope to millions.”

This year, Tomlinson released his critically-acclaimed album, That’s What’s Working Right Now, which features his lead title track single.

Tomlinson is headlining Trent Tomlinson and Friends during CMA week at Wildhorse with Micheal Ray and Love and Theft. He co-wrote Brett Young’s “In Case You Didn’t Know,” and the new Chris Young single “Where I Go When I Drink.”
